Clinical Documentation & Compliance

Designed to reduce risk and support on-call providers by reviewing calls, completing clinical documentation, and providing risk analysis–so providers can focus on patients.

Includes all of the following benefits:

  • Dedicated after-hours phone line that records all calls (your main office forwards calls when closed)
  • Providers receive and manage their own on-call calls
  • Calls are reviewed to highlight risk factors and key questions that help strengthen documentation and reduce exposure, with quality improvement reports provided
  • For each call, we complete SBAR documentation on behalf of the provider so they can focus on patient care—not stopping to document—and enter it into the EMR or securely deliver it to the office

🥈 SILVER - RescueLine™

Provider 1st Triage with Nurse Backup

Designed to support OB providers when they are unable to take calls, ensuring timely after-hours response with standardized OB triage & clinician-ready documentation.

Includes everything in bronze as well as:

  • Provider-first routing with nurse backup if the on-call provider is unable to answer within 10 minutes
  • OB/GYN nurse triage using Schmitt-Thompson protocols, with escalation to the on-call provider and hospital notification when hospital evaluation is warranted

  • Timely escalation and coordinated notification when patient presentation requires higher-level or hospital-based evaluation

  • Clear communication supporting safe provider handoff and clinical decision-making

Full After-Hours Triage Service
